The Australian Stem Cell Centre Constitution governs the regulation
of meetings and the proceedings of the Board of Directors. This Charter
has been developed to:
- augment the relevant elements of the Constitution;
- provide a clear statement of the roles, responsibilities and processes of the Board; and
- ensure the practices of the Board reflect the Board’s commitment to best practice in corporate governance.

purpose of the ASCC Whistleblower Policy is to provide an appropriate
mechanism to encourage the reporting of anyone suspected of fraud,
corrupt conduct or other inappropriate behaviour in a safe environment.
