Stakeholders

The Australian Stem Cell Centre Limited (Centre) is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee which was established with the financial and in-kind support of a number of Universities and Research Institutes. The current members of the Centre (all with voting rights) are:

• Monash University
• The University of Queensland
• Howard Florey Institute
• The University of Adelaide

In addition to the Members, the Centre is supported by a further group of research organisations which together with the Members have committed to participate in the Centre to facilitate its activities and objectives. The additional participating  organisations are:

• The University of Melbourne
• Baker IDI
• Murdoch Children’s Research Institute
• Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute
• Mater Medical Research Institute

Together with the Members, the participating organisations are the Centre’s stakeholders (Stakeholders). All of the Stakeholders have an ongoing vested and common interest in the development and success of the Centre and its activities.
