ASCC Academic Education ProgramThe Australian Stem Cell Centre (ASCC) seeks to attract the very best students from Australia and overseas to pursue training in stem cell and related biotechnologies. The Centre has developed an Academic Education Program to maintain close linkages with Universities in order to add value to post-graduate and post-doctoral programs that may already exist in those institutions. A new Bursary Scheme has been devised to take over as the ASCC key funding scheme in 2007 replacing the ASCC Premier Postgraduate Scholarships and Small Research Grant Postgraduate Stipends.
